The following people were sentenced Oct. 18 in Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas. All sentences include costs and run concurrently with other sentences unless otherwise specified. Probation is unsupervised unless indicated otherwise. Driving under the influence (DUI) offenses generate different mandatory minimum sentences based on an offender's prior convictions in the past 10 years. Parentheses after the sentence indicate which judge imposed it.


Sentenced to a state correctional institution

Mechanicsburg

• Jose Enrique Colon: 21 to 42 months, $80 in restitution and $54.92 in restitution for burglary - not adapted for overnight accommodation. (Hess)

• Hilda Francis Prejean: five to 10 years, with credit from May 16, 2010, for involuntary deviate sexual intercourse. (Oler)

• Marshall M. Wilson: two to four years, with credit from Feb. 14, and $529.11 in restitution for burglary - not adapted for overnight accommodation. (Oler)

• Marshall M. Wilson: two to four years, with credit from April 14, $800 in restitution and $157.94 in restitution for burglary - adapted for overnight accommodation; and two to four years for theft by unlawful taking or disposition. (Oler)

• Terrance Martel Carter (Philadelphia): one and a half to five years for forgery. (Guido)

• Keith D. Young (Harrisburg): two to four years, with credit for 247 days, for unlawful delivery, manufacture, possession with intent to deliver a schedule II controlled substance - cocaine. (Hess)

• James Joseph Baldic: eight to 23 months, with credit for time served since March 28, $141.83 in restitution and $692.82 in restitution for simple assault; and a $200 fine for harassment. (Oler)
