On average, 86 percent of all criminal cases are filed by Nov. 9. This chart shows year-end projections based on the average weekly criminal case filings in Cumberland County. Roughly 80 new cases entered the system this week. If this trend holds the county will see a modest increase in overall cases driven in large part by significant increases in DUI and drug case filings, which are offset by a significant decrease in property crime filings.
