A Carlisle man accused of delivering heroin and fentanyl to a person who died of an overdose in June has been arrested.
Shannon Lee McCullough, 40, was arrested Sunday and taken to Cumberland County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail, according to court records.
McCullough is charged with one felony count of drug delivery resulting in death.
The victim was found inside a bathroom in the 200 block of East North Street on June 22, Carlisle Police said.
McCullough is believed to have provided the drugs to the victim, who, according to toxicology reports, died from a heroin and fentanyl overdose, according to police.
