A Mount Holly Springs woman announced she is running a write-in campaign for one of the four open seats on Mount Holly’s borough council.
Sherry Boyles is a Republican and has lived in Mount Holly Springs for 10 years. She graduated from Big Spring High School and works at Delenes Beauty Salon in Mount Holly.
Three other women are on the Republican ballot for the council seat. Pamela Still, Cynthia Goshorn and Cathy Neff are on the ballot where voters can vote for up to four people.
Katie Daniels is the sole candidate on the Democratic ballot for Mount Holly council.
Those who receive enough votes in the primary will be on the ballot in the general election in November.
The primary will be held on Tuesday, May 16.
