The grand opening Community Day Charity Event at Trindle Self Storage/The UPS Store off Trindle Road in Carlisle on June 15 raised $1,825 for Project SHARE.

The community event included games, raffles, auctions and vendors. Through the raffle sales and “auction bux” sales, the combination business was able to raise the money and collect about 100 cans of donated canned food items.
