Learn the basics of yoga at the Joseph T. Simpson Public Library with a special class presented by Donna Agnew, a certified yoga instructor with eight years of teaching experience, to be held Wednesday, March 7, at 2 p.m. in the lower-level meeting room.

You may participate or just observe.

If you'd like to participate, wear loose, comfortable clothing appropriate for a fitness class. Bring your own mat, regular or yoga, or a beach towel. Don't eat less than an hour before the class.

Class size is limited to 16. The minimum age to attend is 15 years old.

Preregistration is required.

This program is part of a grant to offer special programming for seniors and was supported in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act as administered by the Office of Commonwealth Libraries.
