Re-grading is being done at a long-for-sale property in Upper Allen Township, but no sale has yet been made.
Bulldozers at the 2.86-acre parcel at the corner of Route 15 and Cumberland Parkway are leveling the site, but the land has not changed hands, according to realtor Jim Koury with RSR Realtors.
The parcel is being marketed as holding two retail commercial pad sites, Koury said. The parcel is the remaining vacant space in a cluster of commercial sites at the intersection, which includes hotels and a Cracker Barrel.
County records show the site is currently owned by Mike Serluco of Consolidated Properties, a Wormleysburg-based real estate firm.
