A bomb dog was summoned to Safe Harbour Saturday after Randy Gayman left a voicemail message that there were explosives in the building and on the roof, according to Carlisle police.

Gayman’s call to the building at 102 West High Street was at 3:49 a.m. Saturday, police said, and he said the explosives would go off at 5 a.m. The threat wasn’t received until the deadline had passed, about 11:30 a.m., police said, a which point officers responded to the building and a bomb dog summoned found no explosives.

Gayman, 48, of no fixed address, was located at 9 a.m. Sunday in LeTort Park and taken into custody, police said. He faces charges of terroristic threats and disorderly conduct.
